His successful patent prosecution work has included semiconductor processing methods and devices, LCD and LED lighting devices, cancer treatment medicaments, medical devices and beverageware.
Besides patent prosecution, Mark’s practice includes intellectual property client counseling, trademark prosecution and IP litigation.
Trained as a chemical engineer, Mark also has developed knowledge in a variety of scientific and technological fields, including electrical and pharmaceutical, which helps him to assimilate complex matters and present them in a clear manner.
