With more than 25 years’ experience in immigration law, Tiffany helps clients find solutions to their employment needs.
Tiffany devotes the majority of her practice to assisting health systems, physician provider groups, and other healthcare clients in employing foreign national physicians and other providers. She has extensive experience with Physician J-1 Waivers; H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-2B, and TN visas; and various paths to green cards, including the PERM Labor Certification and Physician and National Interest Waivers. In addition, Tiffany also works with companies seeking to employ a range of other professionals, such as engineers, information technology workers, professors, and researchers, and she occasionally assists with family immigration cases and seasonal laborers as well.
Tiffany came to the practice of immigration law during a law school clerkship in the late 90s and never looked back: the daughter and daughter-in-law of immigrants, the field was a natural fit, and she values knowing that her work helps not only client companies and individual immigrant employees, but entire communities. Tiffany especially loves assisting clients with visas that involve physicians practicing in underserved areas.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Tiffany founded and led an immigration-focused law firm for eight years, providing advice on legal and immigration strategy to a wide range of employers and business clients. She’s known as a problem solver who’s always finding additional options and paths to accomplish client goals, and she also has a strong reputation for client education. Throughout her career, Tiffany has been dedicated to offering presentations, providing written materials, and working one on one with recruiters and HR staff to increase client knowledge of relevant immigration law—and to make clients’ own jobs easier.
