Overview

A true team player, Jennifer considers every aspect of legal work vital and knows even the smallest task will move client matters forward efficiently.

Jennifer is known for rolling up her sleeves as a real estate attorney, understanding that even the most routine component of a case is part of the bigger picture. This willingness gives her intricate knowledge that can reveal unexpected strategies and solutions. Jennifer guides real estate clients on legal issues regarding:

  • Construction
  • Document analysis and drafting
  • Environmental matters
  • Leasing
  • Purchase and sales

Before beginning her real estate practice, Jennifer was a Senior Paralegal with the firm, and she brings a unique understanding of the deadlines, details, filings, and personal connections of legal work from start to finish. She enjoys solving clients’ most complex challenges, knowing the answers are often in the details.

Part of retaining talent is creating a collegial atmosphere where people want to stay – or for us boomerang employees, return – which, in my experience, Husch Blackwell does very well.

Outside the Office

Jennifer enjoys hiking the green spaces of central and west Texas, frequenting Big Bend National Park. She’s also a runner, having completed one full and three half marathons.

Community Leadership

Starting in 2014, Jennifer has worked in collaboration with Husch Blackwell’s Austin office to volunteer for Meals on Wheels Central Texas. Jennifer has been among those in the firm helping the social services organization deliver more than 3,000 meals every business day to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities.
